Sleep Well
I had trouble going to sleep ever since I can remember. It would take me hours. When I finally did get to sleep, I would wake up all through the night for different reasons, bathroom, check the time, heard a noise, etc.I have done a lot or research and want to share my findings with you.
At least one-third of the population suffers from some type of sleep disorder. The leading causes are emotional turmoil, nightmares, and difficulty sleeping through the night. Here are some other tips and strategies to help you fall asleep faster and easier. They will help you stay asleep all night long and be able to wake up easier at night.
