Exercise
Exercise can be a great help if you are having trouble sleeping. You can exercise anytime during the day, except late afternoon. If you do choose exercise, try to do it at the same time every day. The physical activity will burns extra energy and relieves stress.
Cardio type exercises are the best type if you want to have a good sleep. Now this doesn’t mean you need to start running miles every day. It simply means that you need to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes each day.
Walking will do the trick, especially if you are not used to it. I’m not talking about taking a nice leisurely stroll. Keep a fast enough pace so that you can feel your heart beating, but no so fast that you are unable to speak and gasping for air. You should still be able to carry on a conversation if need be.
