Make Your Bed


Everyone likes their bed in a different way. Some like it neat to sleep, others can sleep in a rats nest. If you and your partner prefer different methods, consider having your own set of blankets.


Your bed should be comfortable and orthopedic. If your mattress is not up to par, consider getting yourself some type of mattress topper like memory foam. Your bed should be used only for sleep and sex. You shouldn’t be reading or watching TV from it. Not only will it disrupt your sleep, but it may also disrupt your partners sleep. If one wants to sleep and the other is up reading or watching TV, they may have trouble sleeping.


If you need to read before bed, try reading in another part of the house. You should only be going to your bed when you are ready for sleeping.
