No Naps


Naps can take away from your night time sleep. If you really need a nap, limit it to 20 minutes or you can try going to sleep earlier in the night. Young children and older adults will need a nap on a daily basis. If this is required, it is best to keep it on the same schedule everyday.


Night Shifts

If you work graveyard, make sure to keep all windows covered and ask others in the house to keep it quiet or do out of the house activities. Your internal clock will adjust.
