Being Present For Weight Loss
This is a great way to induce feeling in weight loss. It works with affirmations and writing a journal. In the beginning, it will be more difficult to be present and when you are, it will be difficult to maintain. But as you practice being present, it becomes easier and easier.
For Beginners
Step 1
Go to a place where you can be left alone. Where there is no noise or distractions. It works best for beginners when the room is dark and comfortable in temperature.
Step 2
Lay down. Close your eyes. Relax. I want you to begin to feel your arms internally. If you don’t know how to do this ask yourself this question “How do I know my arms are there?” And as soon as you finish asking, you will instantly feel the vibrations inside.
Step 3
Move to each part of your body as in step 2.
Step 4
Do you notice something? You will not feel the extra fat on your body, you only feel your muscles. Inside you feel thin. This feels great doesn’t it…Your body feels thin, and it soon will be on the outside as well.
Keep practicing these steps. As you get better, you will no longer need to go to a quiet room, close your eyes, or be still. You will be able to feel this way anywhere you like.
Once you have mastered your mind, you can move on to your physical body.
