There are times in our lives when realize that we are not happy with some decisions we have made in the past and want to make a change for the better. Some of us have taken up smoking, unhealthy eating habits, unhealthy lifestyle, biting nails, gossiping, workaholic, procrastination, nagging, overspending, criticizing others, sleeping in, etc. This workshop is a generalization for breaking a habit. There are other workshops more specific to some of these topics.
