Overwhelming Force
The easiest way to break a habit is to apply overwhelming force to it. The reason why most people don’t succeed in making changes in their lives, it’s because they underestimate the resources required to tackle it. What usually ends up happening is that there may be some slight success in the beginning, it will usually taper off. But you don’t what to be a quitter, so you continue on working at it and working at it until you finally do give up.
You you truly want success, do what is suggested in this workshop. Create a plan and come at this habit with brutal force. Do everything you can possible do so that you can gain the momentum to overcome the task. When tackling a habit, one small step at a time just won’t cut it.
