Self Discipline

You will need self discipline in all aspects of creating or changing a habit. If you try to just jump in and change a habit you will be unsuccessful. This is what happens when most people fail, like new years resolutions. These types of changes are often not thought out or planned and usually done half-heartidely. If you are truly ready for a change you need to follow the steps in this workshop.


To be successfull, you will need to do research, planning, and getting support. If you don’t do these things, your efforts will be useless. You may not begin your change right away, but it is better to start late and complete your goal, then to start early and be unsuccessful. So practice some self discipline right now, and follow all of the steps.
