Learn 10 new recipes or buy a new cook book that can help you. Get a buddy, online or in person. Try to recruit someone who is trying to go through the same process and work together. Purge your house of all unhealthy foods and foods you wish to avoid.
I want you to come up with at least 6 different tactics that will help you during your 30 day challenge. It may be difficult, but it is important. By now you should be understanding that it is important to think out your challenge as it will be easier to achieve success.
