Self Esteem


Self esteem is perhaps one on the most important personal characteristics traits that one must possess. If you don’t believe in yourself, you won’t be able to accomplish much. It is at the core of everything we do; business, home, health, and spiritual.


Self esteem is your overall evaluation of your own worth. You may have high self esteem in one area, and low in another. For example, you could be an excellent business person and do great financially, however, you may feel that your physical traits, looks and body, leave something to be desired.


Unfortunately, self esteem is formed from an early age of life and through our adolescence.  This makes it difficult to change later in life because we become accustomed to the way we feel about ourselves. This is called conditioned thought. And because it is conditioned, it takes a lot of work to change that. But once it’s done, everything else in life will be easier.
