Chakras
Chakras are the energy centers of our bodies. The original meaning of the word chakra is wheel. Picture small spinning wheels located throught your body. These chakras can be in various states from closed to under-active to open to over-active. Do the chakra test to find out how healthy your chakras are. The healthiest state your chakra should be in is the open state. Once you have your test results, find out what you can do to balance your energy centers.

There are seven main chakras throughout the body. Each chakra represents different aspects of our bodies, our personalities, and our spirits. You should always begin balancing your chakras from the bottom up. It’s kind of like building a house, what good is a great roof if the foundation is crumbling.
I have found many names used today for the chakras. The name makes no difference as long as you know the locations of each chakra and what each one represents.
