The Crown Chakra is located at the very top of the head.

This chakra is associated with universal knowledge and identity, to thought and oriented self-knowledge. It is pure awareness and connects to a greater world than we have ever imagined. It goes beyond, time and space and is all-knowing. The Crown Chakra will bring us knowledge, wisdom, understanding, bliss, and a spiritual connection.
Status
A closed or under-active Crown Chakra will exhibit no joy and you will be unable to make decisions.
If you have an open Crown Chakra, you will be a miracle or energy worker. You will have the ability to transcend the laws of nature. You will have total access to conscious, subconscious, and unconsciousness.
An over-active Crown Chakra will give you a constant sense of frustration, unrealized power, psychotic, depressed, migraine headaches. You will be a rollercoaster of emotions.
