Clothing

This chakra’s color are violet or gold. You can use these colors in your wardrobe to help open the Crown chakra. White is also a great color for the Crown chakra.

Meditation

Using Mudras sound, and focus you can help to open and balance the crown chakra. You should be sitting in an upright position with your weight on your root chakra.

Sound: NG, chant this several times during each breath, and do it for about 10 breaths

Mudra:Put your hands before your stomach. Let the ring fingers point up, touching at their tops. Cross the rest of your fingers, with the left thumb underneath the right.

Focus: Concentrate on the Crown chakra at the top of your head.

You can also do a visualized meditation. Sit in a meditative position. Feel and visualize a large lotus flower on the top of your head. The flower is opening. Everytime it opens, there is another layer of petals that are opening. The flower continues to open infinetely.  

Stones

Using crystals and stones is a great way to balance chakras. The stones for this chakra are amethyst, diamond, sugilite, purple fluorite, quartz crystal. First, make sure the your stone is cleaned and energized. The you can place the stone above the Crown chakra.
