Use Your Senses
You can use essential oils to help raise your vibrational frequency and get this chakra moving. The main sense for the Sacral Chakra is taste. When eating your food, try to enjoy the flavour and texture of each bite. Take small bites and keep each bite in your mouth for a minimum of 15 seconds.
Clothing
Wearing clothing with the color orange will help to open the sacral chakra. Particularly if the orange is close to the same locations as the chakra. Consider orange underwear or an orange belt.

Meditation
Using Mudras sound, and focus you can help to open and balance the sacral chakra. You should be sitting in an upright position with your weight on your root chakra.
Sound: Vam (the “a” sounds like “ah”, the “m” sounds like “mng”) chant this several times during each breath, and do it for about 10 breaths
Mudra: Put your hands on your lap, one on top of the other with the palms facing up(overlapping each other) . The left hand should be at the bottom. Let your thumbs gently touch
Focus: Concentrate on the location of the sacral chakra, the area about 1-2 inches below the navel. It is central in the body.
Activities
When moving around, focus on moving like water, being fluid. One motions goes to the next. Dancing and moving your hips is great for the sacral chakra. Laughing and having fun is very important for the development of this chakra. Watch funny movies or shows. Any kind of therapy that involves movement, emotional release, inner childe work, or boundary work is a wonderful tool.
Stones
Using crystals and stones is a great way to balance chakras. The stones for this chakra are the amber, citrine, topaz, moonstone, fire agate, orange spinel, and fire opal. First, make sure the your stone is cleaned and energized. The you can place the stone on the sacral chakra. You can do this laying down, or you can get creative and create a belt with stones in it. Expressing creativity is great for the sacral chakra.
