This chakra is the center of personal power. It rules our power, will, autonomy and our metabolism.

If the solar plexus is open, you have found your unique gift. Your gift is anything that gives you pleasure and makes you feel fulfilled. What did you most like to do when you were a child? You can do and be anything that you wish. The only limits are the ones you put on yourself.

If the solar plexus is closed or under-active you will feel depressed, lack confidence, confused, fearful of being alone, insecure sexually, look for reasurrance, jealous, and particularly trust many people.

If you have a balanced solar plexus, you will be outgoing, have respect for yourself and others, intelligent, spontaneous, enjoy physical activity, energetic, and have non-dominating power.

If this chakra is over-active, you will be judgemental, a perfectionist, workaholic, diffuculty relazing, unable to show emotions.
