Using Mudras sound, and focus you can help to open and balance the solar plexus chakra. You should be sitting in an upright position with your weight on your root chakra.
Sound: Vam (the “a” sounds like “ah”, the “m” sounds like “mng”) chant this several times during each breath, and do it for about 10 breaths
Mudra: Put your hands on your lap, one on top of the other with the palms facing up(overlapping each other) . The left hand should be at the bottom. Let your thumbs gently touch
Focus: Concentrate on the location of the solar plexus chakra, the area about 1-2 inches below the navel. It is central in the body.
